These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Umbrai ("the Service"), operated by Umbrai Studio. By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Accounts are invitation-only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity under your account.
The Service is billed via credits priced in US Dollars. One credit equals $0.05 USD. Credits are deducted only after a successful generation.
You may use the Service to generate imagery and video for legitimate commercial fashion purposes — including product photography, editorial content, campaigns and social media. You retain ownership of the content you generate, subject to the rights of underlying AI model providers.
You may not use the Service to generate:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Violations are logged in our audit trail.
You warrant that you have the rights to all reference images, face photos, brand assets and other material you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process this material solely to operate the Service on your behalf. You retain ownership of your outputs.
The Service relies on third-party AI providers. Their terms also apply to generated content. We do not control their moderation, pricing or availability.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, third-party outages, or content moderation decisions by AI providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance by email.
